New York Insight Meditation Center had an old, outdated website with limited functionality. NYIMC needed a modern redesign - one that was classy and worked with all mobile devices. We were also presented with very complex CRM system challenges that included custom event registration, members registrations, donations, volunteering, and more.

PROCESS

We met with New York Insight Meditation Center, learned about the challenges, and worked side-by-side to deliver a responsive, complex database driven website with a fully functional CRM system.

DISCOVERY

We had several meetings with the client learning about the meditation center and its atmosphere and practices. We learned about organization goals, members challenges, and difficulties with the outdated CRM and CMS systems. We proposed a solid plan of action and put together a concrete project schedule.

ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

We worked with the client to organize large amounts of content into an intelligent hierarchy of importance from which we derived a functional sitemap and user flows that would be most beneficial to the organization goals. We then fully redesigned the look and feel of the website from scratch based on the organizations' new brand identity.

RESPONSIVE DEVELOPMENT

Our coders delivered beautiful code reflecting the design mockups with pixel perfect accuracy. Each screen was coded to look magnificent on every device from iPhone to desktop. Different designs were implemented for different screen sizes, keeping the user experience in mind at all times.

LIMUS CRM INTEGRATION

At the heart of the new website we integrated our LImus CRM system which connected member registrations with reporting, scholarship forms with recurring donation payments, smart calendars with ticket purchasing for events and courses, and more. The CRM system was customized to match each one of the client requirements.

SUPPORT AND OPTIMIZATION

After the website was fully tested and launched, we continue working with New York Insight to help with further customization of the back-end and front-end based on new requirements of the growing organization.
