Using our own Limus CRM and fundraising platform, this new website and fundraising engine helps a not-for-profit organization with their large annual fundraising as well as to plan volunteers schedule, track donations and organize events for feeding critically ill people in the Boston area.

With it's reach and client base growing, Community Servings needed a modern, responsive website design. Complex CRM systems for volunteer and event registration, member registration, donations, and more.
PROCESS
After being presented the challenges, we worked with Community Servings to deliver a responsive, state of the art website with a fully functioning CRM system.
DISCOVERY AND PLANNING
We had several conferences with the client to learn about the organization- its mission and organization goals, as well as the challenges and difficulties with the outdated CRM and CMS systems. We proposed a solid plan of action and put together a concrete project schedule.
ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
We worked with the client to site map and decide what content needed to be highlighted. We then fully redesigned the look and feel of the website from scratch keeping mobile devices in mind.
RESPONSIVE DEVELOPMENT
Our coders delivered beautiful code reflecting the design mockups with a pixel perfect accuracy. Each screen was coded to look beautifully on every device from phones to desktop. Different designs were implemented for different size screens keeping user experience in mind at all times, including forms, payments and registration screens.
LIMUS CRM INTEGRATION
At the heart of the new website we integrated our LImus CRM system which connected member registrations with reporting, recurring donation payments, smart calendars with purchasing tickets for shifts, events, and more. The CRM system was custom built to suit Community Servings' requirements.
Results
A state-of-the-art, sophisticated, and functional website that displays beautifully across all devices to serve Community Servings' needs and informs and engages visitors.

Community Servings’ Pie in the Sky Thanksgiving bake sale is a peer-to-peer fundraiser that has raised more than $11 million in its 26-year history. Because of the complexity of the bake sale, a custom site is needed to track and report sales, allow pie sellers to log in and track personal sales, and run operational reports.
